I was smiling to myself while I was typing the title. Because I am on my 30-ish and that’s far away from being old 
Anyway, i have stayed about 6 years in Germany, and i do not really like “cold” weather.. I hate snow, and winter, i can’t stand with it.
We have a plan that when we are old, we will go back to Indonesia and resident there. At least me and my husband, probably the kids too.
I am not sure if i can leave the kids when they are big 
but we will see if they want to come.
Why do we choose to stay in Indonesia when we are old?
Because living cost is so much cheaper in Indonesia, and with our monthly pension money, that’s so much that we can live in tourist beautiful island, Bali.
Indonesia is always warm, never have winter..LOL For wam weather lover like me, i can get depression in Winter
I have seen many old people here still rent a room, and have to work like young people, because they didn’t buy a house when they are young.
Therefore we choose to buy a house, pay it about 6-10 years and when we are old, we sell it, and move to my home country, Indonesia. I can’t wait!

East or west, home is best. There is no place like home. That is what I felt after living in Germany for 4 years during my study. I missed the food. I went home and ate till I gained 20+ kg!
